These chocolate peanut butter bars have a chewy crust made from sprouted wheat flour and a soft almost fudge-like top. The differing textures make for a tasty treat!
I made these little bars because I had some left-over frosting from my dog cupcakes and I didn’t want it to go to waste. The dog cupcakes had frosting made mostly of pureed yam and peanut butter. So I decided to add a little chocolate to it and make chocolate peanut butter bars!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars:
1 sweet potato
3 Tbsp full fat coconut milk (where to buy BPA free coconut milk)
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup raw honey
1/2 cup cocoa powder
shredded coconut for topping (optional)
nuts for topping (optional)
