    1. If you do a light layer it shouldn’t. If you use a lot it might, but try wearing it with an old shirt to test first. I wear it everyday and it doesn’t stain for me.

    1. I haven’t tested the recipe without the clay, so I’m not sure how it would turn out. If you try it, let us know how it goes!

  1. I’m allergic to almost everything in the Purification blend (citronella, tea tree, etc). Are there any other oils you would recommend?

    1. Hi Jennifer, Yes! You can use many other oils. Lavender, cedarwood or lemon would work. Have you tried Young Living essential oils? I actually have a few members who were allergic to store-bought oils, but not to Young Living. A lot of the times there are synthetics or additives in store-bought essential oils and for some people that is what is causing the allergy…not the essential oils. If you haven’t already, it may be worth it to try young living! 🙂

  2. Hi! Do you think I could use shea butter instead of beeswax? I love my YLEO! I’ve made a simple deodorant but the baking soda creates havoc on my husband’s pits.

    1. I’m not sure, I’ve never used green clay. Let us know how it turns out if you do!

  3. This is making my life easier. Thanks, Hannah! I am always on the look-out for good options for my sensitiveness, and this is something that matches my criteria. I gotta try this. Thank you for posting!

  4. Thank you! I have purchased deodorant from someone who makes their own & it does irritate my skin…I thought it was diet related but it could be the ingredients! Love the idea to use purification which works well for shoes too!
