I’m a total sucker for pumpkin spice everything! Even though some people are getting sick of the pumpkin-spice-everything trend, I say bring it on. I can never get enough pumpkin!
One thing I love about the fall and winter aside from the crisp air, sitting by the fire and being with family is all the yummy food. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always loved cooking and baking…especially around the holidays. That’s one of the reasons that I started my blog –to share some of my favorite original paleo and gluten-free recipes so that other paleo folks or people with food sensitivities didn’t have to feel left out.
So, considering my love for holiday cooking it’s no surprise that my newest recipe is this pumpkin spice granola. I’m no stranger to the pumpkin trend. In fact, I’ve created recipes for Paleo Pumpkin Cheesecake, Paleo Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, Paleo Pumpkin Spice Pancakes, and other yummy pumpkin recipes.
This recipe also makes a great food to give out as gifts. All you have to do is put it in a jar, put a ribbon around it and give it to friends. I actually just made this recipe to give to my parents as a gift and to give to my friend who just had a baby and they LOVED it!
