    I would definitely make spiraled zucchini. I have several recipes that call for spirals, but don’t have a spiraler so we use a vegetable peeler and have ribbons.

    Because spaghetti squash isn’t available most the year! Oh I could do such wonderful things with this! My boyfriend loves loves loves pasta, and of course I cannot cannot cannot eat it, so this might help us compromise

    Zoodles! (Zucchini noodles) I’d boil them for a few minutes to warm through and add some homemade marinara over the top. It sounds like a way to get my picky eater to eat some “green stuff” LOL!
