    1. It probably wouldn’t turn out as well since the filling hardens in the refrigerator. The crust can be made in advanced and kept in the fridge. The filling is actually the easier part to make and doesn’t take too long.

    This pie is INSANELY GOOD! I somehow discovered this recipe a few years ago and it has become my secret dessert weapon if I really want to impress a friend with a weird diet (of which there are many) Thank you for sharing!

  2. If you have flax meal would you recommend putting it in a spice grinder for a finer texture ? IMy grandsons wife found out she is allergic to eggs,dairy and wheat. That is why I am trying to find vegan recipes.
