Is there anything better than a flourless low carb keto crepe filled with chocolate, nut butter, coconut butter or cinnamon? I love how this recipe is so quick, easy delicious and healthy!
The great thing about these keto crepes is that you can really play around with the crepe filling to switch it up from a sweet crepe to a savory one. I chose to make these sweet crepes, but you could put in chicken, spinach and pesto for a savory crepe. You could also use cream cheese and berry jam to mix it up. There are so many different possibilities for these keto crepes!
Easy Keto Crepes Recipe- 3 Ways
For this recipe I made 3 different type of crepes to satisfy your sweet tooth!
- There is a cinnamon sugar one which is a simple yet sweet classic.
- The chocolate nut butter crepe is sweet and velvety with a hint of saltiness.
- The chocolate coconut butter crepe is rich and creamy with the buttery softness of coconut butter.
Keto Diet & Tracking Carb Levels
If you aren’t familiar with the ketogenic diet, it is a very low carb and high fat diet that can help with weight loss, energy, epilepsy, diabetes and other issues. The idea is to get the body to burn fat as fuel instead of glucose in the form of sugar and carbs. To learn more about keto, see my article here.
If you are on the keto diet it’s important to track your carb levels and keep them low to stay in ketosis. When on a ketogenic diet, it’s best to stick to real foods like pasture raised and grass fed meats, low carb vegetables, plenty of healthy fats, nuts, seeds and occasional low-sugar fruits and keto treats (like this keto crepe recipe!).
When counting carbs, you can subtract fiber content and sugar alcohols (like swerve and lakanto) from total carbs to get your net carb total.
Why I love this recipe:
- This recipe is super quick and easy to make. You can whip it up a healthy dessert in about 5-10 minutes.
- These keto crepes are super versatile. You can customize the filling to be whatever you want! Add in fruit, take out the chocolate or add in chicken and pesto to make it savory!
- These keto crepes are quite low carb already, but you can even switch up the filling to bring the carb level down (less nut butter or chocolate) or bring the fat content up (more ghee or coconut oil). The chocolate nut butter crepes have 7g net carbs for one crepe. The chocolate coconut crepes and the cinnamon sugar crepes each have 5g net carbs for one crepe.
Keto Crepe Recipe Tips:
- Don’t overcook the coconut wraps! They can get stiff from overheating. Heat on low-medium on one side for just a few seconds (5-15 seconds), then turn the heat to low, flip it and start putting the filling in that needs to melt (chocolate, coconut oil or ghee).
- Make sure you put the melting ingredients (like chocolate, ghee or coconut oil) on first, then put on the swerve or monk fruit sweetener. The liquid helps to dissolve the sweetener so that it spreads easier.
- Do not put any oil in the pan before making the crepes. They don’t need it and it will make them greasy.

How to Make These Easy Keto Crepes:
Heat up a skillet on low-medium then heat the coconut wrap for about 5-15 seconds.
Turn the heat to low, then flip the wrap. If you are making a chocolate nut/coconut butter crepe, place the broken up chocolate on top to begin melting.
Spread the chocolate with a spoon to melt it.
Sprinkle the confectioners swerve evenly over the chocolate.
Drizzle the nut butter over the chocolate and use a spoon to spread it evenly.
If you are using coconut butter instead, do the same. Drizzle it over the chocolate and use a spoon to spread it evenly.
Fold it up and eat! You can also sprinkle it with more sweetener if desired and/or drizzle with a little extra melted chocolate.
If you are making a cinnamon sugar keto crepe instead, add ghee or coconut oil on the wrap after flipping it and spread to melt it.
Sprinkle monk fruit sweetener over the ghee, then sprinkle cinnamon over it.
Fold it up and eat. Or add a bit more cinnamon on top to garnish!

Ingredients
For Chocolate & Nut/Coconut Butter Crepe
- 1 oz square Ghirardelli Unsweetened Baking Cacao
- 1 tbsp SunButter or Coconut Butter
- 1-2 tsp Swerve Confectioners Sweetener
For Cinnamon Sugar Crepe
- 1 tsp Pure Indian Foods Grass-Fed Ghee (Use Coconut Oil for Vegan)
- 1 tsp Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener
- tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
For Chocolate & Nut/Coconut Butter Crepe
- Heat the coconut wrap on low-medium on one side for just a few seconds (5-15 seconds), then turn the heat to low and flip it.
- Break up the 1 oz square of unsweetened baking chocolate into small pieces and place on top of the coconut wrap. Use a spoon to spread the melting chocolate until it is fully melted.
- Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of Swerve confectioners sweetener over the chocolate and use the spoon to mix and incorporate it into the chocolate.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of SunButter or Coconut Butter over the chocolate and mix it in.
- Fold the crepe twice and serve. Sprinkle a little swerve on top and drizzle some extra melted chocolate over it for an extra oomph!
For Cinnamon Sugar Crepe:
- Heat the coconut wrap on low-medium on one side for just a few seconds (5-15 seconds), then turn the heat to low and flip it.
- Add 1 tsp of ghee and spread until melted.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener over the ghee. Then sprinkle 1 tsp of cinnamon on top.
- Fold the crepe twice. Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top and serve.
Notes

- Do not put any oil in the pan before making the crepes. They don't need it and it will make them greasy.
- If you are counting carbs, don't forget to subtract 5g of carbs from your total carbs for each teaspoon of swerve or 4g of carbs for each tsp of monk fruit sweetener. Since it is a sugar alcohol it can be subtracted from total carbs to get net carbs. The sugar alcohol is not subtracted from the carbs shown on the nutrition label below.
