Ingredients

For the honeydew layer

  • 1 ½ cups honeydew melon cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

For the watermelon layer

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients for the first layer and divide between the molds.
  2. Freeze for one hour.
  3. Also blend the ingredients for the second layer and pour over the first one.
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
