In a double boiler (or a bowl fitted over a saucepan of boiling water), melt your chocolate. Stir frequently so chocolate doesn't burn.
Slice bananas into bite-sized pieces, lay them on a flat pan and stick with toothpicks (if using). Then drizzle a little melted chocolate over each banana. Alternatively, you can dip the banana bites in the chocolate to coat.
Sprinkle with topping and pop in the freezer for at least an hour before serving.
