Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette

An easy and delicious garlic dijon vinaigrette that's delicious on salads, noodle dishes or grilled meats. Dip in some raw veggies for a great snack!

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2-4 cloves garlic depending on how garlicky/spicy you want it
  • 1.5 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Finely chop the garlic. Combine all ingredients in container like a jar or drinking glass.
  2. Use the hand blender to blend all ingredients together. The oil and vinegar will emulsify and come together to create a thick, rich and creamy salad dressing.
