This gingerbread smoothie is such a perfect healthy dessert for the holidays! I have a smoothie or shake for breakfast quite often just because it's so simple, quick and easy to whip up.
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender then blend. Add water or more dairy free milk if needed. Once the smoothie is blended into a puree, add ice to reach desired consistency and blend.
