Instructions
Use blanched almonds. Blanched almonds will work the best for baking recipes. I just make fresh almond flour when I need it.
Put almonds in a food processor. If you need 1 cup of almond flour-put in 1 cup of almonds.
Pulse until you get a flour like texture. Be careful not to pulse for too long because it can release the oils. You want it to be dry. That's it! Easy almond flour in 5 minutes!
