For best results use blanched almonds. I buy blanched slivered almonds for best results.

How to Make Almond Flour
- 1 Food processor
- 1 cup blanched almonds change the amount depending on how much flour you need
- Use blanched almonds. Blanched almonds will work the best for baking recipes. I just make fresh almond flour when I need it.
- Put almonds in a food processor. If you need 1 cup of almond flour-put in 1 cup of almonds.
- Pulse until you get a flour like texture. Be careful not to pulse for too long because it can release the oils. You want it to be dry. That's it! Easy almond flour in 5 minutes!
