  1. I make almond flour from 1 cup of almonds soaked overnight with salt. Rinse in the morning, squeeze off the skins & process into milk. Dehydrate pulp in oven @ 125 degrees- or dehydrator. Grind in grinder. SO 1 cup of flour, AND 32oz of almond milk — AND the soaking makes them easier to digest! I make almond milk ANYWAY, so Why not? It works FABULOUS in recipes! Plus it is SUPER fine!
