Ways to Combat Thinning Hair:

Below I’ve gone over some of the best natural ways to deal with thinning or shedding hair to help restore strong healthy hair…

1. Vitamins & Minerals

Have you ever noticed how your hair can start falling out or shedding more when you’re under stress? Well, stress can cause a myriad of health issues like gut problems, hormonal imbalance, lowered immune function and impaired absorption of vitamins and minerals. All of this can contribute to thinning hair and hair loss.

Some of the most important vitamins and minerals for hair growth and strength are B vitamins, zinc, copper, niacin, calcium and magnesium.
