What Makes These Homemade Gummies Healthy?
The grassfed gelatin makes it healthy! If you haven’t heard about all of the health benefits of gelatin yet, I encourage you to check out my post about it here.
Not only is grassfed gelatin chock full of nutrients, amino acids and protein, but it also helps support joints, digestion, the immune system and more. So when you pair that with healthy natural ingredients like fruit, juice and spices, you’re in for a real nourishing treat!
Just make sure you use grassfed gelatin (like this one) and not basic knox gelatin which won’t have any of the above health benefits.

These gummies are genius! I’ve never made them myself, but I do have a strange addiction to those Haribou gummy bears. Gotta try these!
Yep, these would definitely be healthier than Haribo!
This was a wonderful post. I love gummies and I find the store bought ones are simply too sugary! Now that I think about it, I have really cute gaming molds I could totally make gummies with! Thanks! 🙂
I agree! And they always have high fructose corn syrup and scary additives!
These are so adorable! I’ve thought about making some elderberry gummies for my toddler, in hopes of boosting his immune system, but I had no idea there were so many other options out there!
Such a fantastic selection of gummies! I can’t wait to try a few new ones! Thanks!
Wow, what a big collection. I would love to try some of these.
What a great round-up! Definitely pinning. Thank you for sharing a few of my recipes, too. 😉
