Healthy Homemade Gummies (Paleo & Dairy-Free)

These healthy homemade gummies are the perfect healthy treat or snack for kids or adults alike. They’re made with natural ingredients and contain protein from gelatin and amino acids too!

What Makes These Homemade Gummies Healthy?

Not only is grassfed gelatin chock full of nutrients, amino acids and protein, but it also helps support joints, digestion, the immune system and more. So when you pair that with healthy natural ingredients like fruit, juice and spices, you’re in for a real nourishing treat!

Just make sure you use grassfed gelatin (like this one) and not basic knox gelatin which won’t have any of the above health benefits.

    These are so adorable! I’ve thought about making some elderberry gummies for my toddler, in hopes of boosting his immune system, but I had no idea there were so many other options out there!
