What is Whole 30?
Whole 30 is sort of like a reset detox diet. I think it’s a great way of eating…it’s almost like paleo but with no sugar. It focuses heavily on whole unprocessed foods and takes out most inflammatory foods to allow your body to reset and help balance hormones and heal the gut.
