This collection of delicious healthy paleo pumpkin recipes features everything from savory snacks to dinner to dessert and more! In this post you’ll find new twists with pumpkin as the focus as well as not-often-seen savory pumpkin recipes too!

Warm soups and baked goods are always so comforting when the weather starts to get cold. The flavors of fall are some of my favorites of the whole year. From cinnamon to squashes to cranberries and of course pumpkin, autumn foods bring so much flavor and depth to the season.

I’ve created this list of healthy pumpkin recipes that go beyond your basic pumpkin pie or pumpkin spice latte (although those classics are on here too!). You can even learn how to make your own easy fresh pumpkin puree (by learning the basics below!) or use canned pumpkin.

One of my favorite breakfast recipes in the fall is the pumpkin pie smoothie below. It’s just like a nice slice of pumpkin pie in liquid form, but healthier. Other recipes like pumpkin muffins, granola and pancakes will add spice to your morning!

The pumpkin desserts are what we’ve all been waiting for, right?? I have to admit that I love when fall comes around and all of the pumpkin spice flavored food comes out. However, I hate to consume all the added sugar, grains and other unhealthy preservatives and additives included in store-bought food. Luckily, it’s easy to make healthier naturally sweetened paleo sweet treats with pumpkin as the main focus!
