These healthy snack ideas for kids (and for adults too!) are the perfect on the go bites to keep your child from getting hungry! Easy to put together and there are plenty sweet and savory snack options to keep everyone happy!

Plus you don’t have to worry about artificial ingredients, processed sugar or dyes in these homemade recipes—they are all natural. All of these recipes are also completely gluten-free, dairy-free and paleo so they are allergy-friendly!

The best part is, these snacks are so tasty and wholesome that parents can have them too! You can pack them on the go for work or for a weekend outing. Lots of the recipes are quick and easy too!

With recipes ranging from chips, muffins, bars and gummies to crackers, popsicles and cookies there is no shortage of variety.

100 Kid-Friendly Healthy Snack Ideas:

Gummies, Jello & Pudding:

Gummies and jello seems like such an indulgence with artificial colors and flavors, so how can that be a healthy snack? Easy! When you use superfood grassfed gelatin (which has incredible health benefits– See them here) and natural ingredients like fruit juice or puree, it becomes a wholesome treat with protein, beneficial amino acids and good vitamins and minerals!

The recipes below use a modest amount of natural sweeteners like honey or coconut sugar and are made with wholesome ingredients like coconut milk, avocados or fruit.

I’ve just recently phased my daughter into a more paleo based diet after some weird symptoms she was having and we’ve struggled with lunchbox snacks, which usually she’s bought gluten free from the school canteen. This roundup is going to help us a lot, thank you!
